FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping by ePacket or USPS, depending on the location of our warehouses.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 Business Days

Europe, Asia, Central & South America: 8-20 Business days

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

*All shipping times exclude 2-4 business days for processing orders

We can only process refunds for delayed orders once they are declared lost packages, meaning, they must be in transit for 30 business days and cannot have an attempted delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

SHIPPING TO OVER 100 COUNTRIES  

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Sleek Prints is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

MY TRACKING SAYS, “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We have multiple warehouses, therefore receiving your items in different packages can be possible.
